No Back-up Lights

No Back-up Lights

My backup lights don't work. When I use the key fob to "unlock" the car the backup lights don't come on with the rest of the lights. Also when I put the car in reverse they don't come on. Car is a '99 with 6 speed and I checked the fuse but it was good. Not sure what is wrong. Anyone have an idea where I should look now.

back up lights

I am also having trouble, bulbs check out OK, switch tests out fine and fuse is OK. Have lights when I use the key FOB but nothing when I shift to reverse. Have a 2003 with a six speed. Anybody have any ideas?

More than likely the back up switch on the trans has failed. If fuse is ok the switch is the problem.

dude that so wierd I have the same exact year car and have the same problem and checked all that **** too and they still wont work.. except they come on when i start the car but not when i put the car in reverse. Does anyone know how to fix this its kinda pissing me off?
