When looking for advice how many of you check people's sig for modifications? You know, say you are asking about Cams, do you check to see if a person who recommends a cam actually has one? That type of thing...
I usually pay attention to what is being said by who and compare it to my own knowledge. Just because somebody has done the work or does or does not have some parts installed, is not always a true indicator or whats right or wrong.
Depending upon what i'm asking advice on. If it's a Tech Question/Advice i usually look at a number things like sig, time on forum, accuracy of past advice, there normal "hang out" spot (Tech, General, Off topic, etc).......and sometimes i even check their user info to see what they listed as their occupation.
Plus if you've been on the forum for a while you'll know who the "Techies" are. :)

Yeah, there are some members that I really listen to when they take, they have been around a long time and have the correct mods to make good suggestions.
