Need help with front bumper brackets

Need help with front bumper brackets

I am putting the font fenders and front bumper back on my 98 vert. I have the R & L angle brackets(w/studs) that go inside each fender(on the front). Then I have the R & L angle brackets that go inside the front bumper. So the brackets bolt the front fenders to the front bumper. Now the question is-- are there brackets that bolt the front INNER fenders to the front bumper??? I saw someone on flea bea selling what they claimed to be 2 front bumper brackets. They were about 10-12 inches long and about 1" wide, not sure where these would go and if I need them.

The inner fenders bolt to brackets that the headlights pivot on.

They do not bolt to the front bumper cover at all that I'm aware of.

Maybe I am explaining this wrong. In front of the front tires- looks like 3 screws go through the outer wheel housing(of the inner front fender) and into the front bumper. Is there brackets for this??
