Z06 Caliper
I have looked at the Z06 calipers from Ecklers and other vendors. The question that I have is will these fit on a non Z06. I know that they are red, but are they any better than the stock non Z06 and do you have to modify anything. If they do not provide any better stopping power, I can just paint mine. Please any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.

The only difference is that the Z06 calipers are red from the factory.
The Z06 had different pads to increase the braking performance.
Just paint yours - or there is a forum member/vendor that will powder coat yours for a great price in almost any color....

I did the duplicolor painted red calipers and came out good but if you hit something on them, part of the paint comes off
and you have to touch-up that area. You have to be super careful when putting the brakes and tires back on. The powder coating ones will withstand more abuse from scratches etc.
Duplicor paint cost $5.99 and you'll need 2 for all four calipers.

They are no different other then color. I was going to paint mine red but Santa...(my son) gave me some for Christmas last year ! Love them and they do (in my opinion) look better then painted.
