Default CD changer cable

I posted this over in the stereo section and have not gotten a response. 2002 Z06 and I think the previous owner had another stereo in the car. My problem lies in finding the cable that is supposed to be in the floorboard on the passenger side and I don't think it is there or I am missing it. Can someone snap a pic for me or does someone have a pic under there so I can hook up my I-pod to my AUX-10 and listen to music I want to listen to please. Thanks.....

I think there is a pic in the sticky at the top of the audio forum, but the cables should be in there. Remove the floorboard cover, and the wires are almost over into the sill cover, and more than likely they will be underneath a harness. If you plan on using the AUX10, and the factory changer harness is not there (as in the cable between floorboard and rear cargo area) you will have to buy one. It's a "COR-HAR". Once it's all together it works pretty good

It is my understanding that the CD changer harness is NOT included from the factory on cars that didn’t have the CD Changer option. (the cable between floorboard and rear cargo area)

You can buy a kit that plugs into the harness at the back of the radio to connect an I-Pod, etc.

If you have the CD changer cable (COR-HAR) harness installed, then you'll need to connect that to the cables in the passenger footwell. Here is a link with pictures that helped me. The cable connections for this are on the RIGHT side of the footwell (not to be confused with the auxillary power connection that can also be found in the passener footwell on the left side of the fuse box).

Hope this helps.
