Front spring lowering bolt replacement, which way to do it?
The shocks are coming out so I'm replacing the C5 bolts with a C6 ones as long as I'm in there as the C6 bolts will allow another 3/4 inch of lowering without having to cut a bushing like the C5 bolts (C6 bolts have no bushing), yet give it the ability to raise it back up.
Which is easier taking loose the upper A arm bolts (4) and dropping whole upper/lower A arms/rotor section down and away from spring, or taking lower ball joint nut off, separating it and lowering down lower A arm only? Either way I believe the shock wont have to be compressed to remove it.
