I just bought my new C5, and it is a rebuilt title car. The car was hit in the right front, and was fixed cosmetically great. The one thing they lacked, was of course, the electrical work. When you open and shut the passenger door, I loose my radio, I loose my guages, I loose my window, and it starts alerting me 'reduced engine power' and a couple of other things. I loose my pressure guage, my gas gauge, and my temperature guage. My speedo, tach and battery guage still works when this goes wrong. If you never open or shut the passenger door, its fine. The blower motor (we just installed) only works when you go down the road and shake it up a bit. I would assume this all is cornered down to a ground. I know there are 13 ground points on the car, so can anybody tell me where they think the ground is thats causing this, or what they think the problem is? Thank You all!

I think the connections inside the door "accordian" is known for chafing problems. The rubber between the door and the frame probably needs aome attention.
vettesvtviper,
Didn't you just post this same problem under the title, "Help Electrical!!!" at 6:54PM yesterday. If you check that post you will see that you have responses with answers to your problem.
