Window Malfunction
You might be able to tap on the door panel, or remove the panel and tap on the motor and get it to work temporarily, but once the problem starts, you will be better off just replacing the whole assembly.
There are other posts on the subject if you do a search.

Grab the rubber accordion tube between the door and door frame and feel the TWO wiring harnesses inside. Grab them with two fingers and shake them. See if that resolves the issue. If it does...I have the solution!

Thanks so mch!!! Mine stopped working this morning and I was befuddled at what it could be since the modules were fine as were the fuses
Did a search on C5 tech and wa-la All better!
No Bill if you could send me your permanent fix that would be great!!

There is one of two issues that can cause this problem.
The first is a grounded serial buss wire. Some of the wires inside the one connector inside the accordion tube can have the insulation pull back and short out! Pop the rubber accordion tube of the door and door frame:

Pull the harness out of the drro frame pocket and look for bare wires:

Ther other issue is some of the pins inside the connectors have defective female pins which loose tension on the male pins and BAM,,,,you loose communications or power or what ever to cause window/door control failures.
The way to test the female pins is to use a spare male pin to test to see if the female pin has the proper grip on the male pin. Here is the pin that I use. It out of a broken emergency flasher switch.

Just insert the male pin in the female pin and if the male pin has resistance when you pull it out,,,its good~!!!!
Thats the real fix!!
