Less Known Decent Brands:
Bassani
SLP (Difficult Install)
Depending on where you stand for money many would say AR and LG are the best. But all make close to same power so I'd say just get the cheapest you can find w/o going for e-bay headers

I run QTP. Only all stainless Tri-Y design. Headers empty to a full Random Tech metal matrix cat/X pipe system. Extremely good quality. No fitment issues, tucks up tight. Available with electric cut-outs as well.

QTP is rarely mentioned when this question gets asked.

I called AR and they stated that the system you get does, in fact, have the rear flanges (not the slip fits which are always pictured). Just have to drop a comment... I had a set of LG streets on my '97. With the LG's, cats, Ti, and LS6 intake, it is -exactly- as fast as my stock '01Z. I'm trying the AR primarily to see whether or not the donut flanges > slip fits.

I found on any of the slip fit systems, the best thing you can do is just buy the Torctite clamps. They go on easy, seal very well, are fully removable and then you can disassemble the system. I have had mine on and off the car more times than I care to count (Clutch, heads, the usual culprits )
