Your Thoughts on Using Head Bolts or Studs
This is not Corvette specific but I don't believe it matters. My question is; are there any benefits of one over the other for using ARP Head Bolts or Studs on a forced induction motor running around 6 - 8 lbs of boost? Your thoughts.

The stud goes deeper into the block than the factory head bolt allowing for extra strength on top of the natural extra clamping force that a stud/nut combination will have over a bolt. It can hold higher torque and less prone to stretching as opposed to factory bolts. All that which makes for a good hold on the head and will become less likely to lift the heads under boost. Thats just some of the benefits I can think of..
