Headlight Problem
Rando
To check
Pop up headlight and unplug motor connector.
Remove black surround from the light assembly.
Undo nut holding arm that moves light on the motor and remove the arm.
Turn the **** on the motor until the output shaft rotates about 180 degrees.
Reinstall everything.
More than likely, this will fix it for a while because the end of travel on the gear is no longer in the same worn out spot. The worn gear jams it enough the motor won't move it. If it fixes it, then you need new gears.
I did this on my car about 4 months ago and the lights have been good so I know I have a bad gear.
