5600-5700 or any higher, unless you are at the track trying to squeeze out the best possible number it doesn't matter much. 4.10s wont change shift points but will rev up faster. on my HC car it increased tach lag, dont know how much more lag you will have with a bolt on car though.
That is a fine shift point. As a matter of fact the shift light on the heads up display actually comes on at only 5750. With a mostly stock car(a few bolt ons) I would recommend shifting as close to 6000 as possible when you're at the track, who cares when you're on the road. When I'm running hard in my car I wait till I see the shift light in my field of vision and then shift a split second later which puts me shifting at about 5900-6000 rpms.
I also just had 4.10s installed on my car and I think you will love it. It completely changes the character of the car and the transmission makes more sense too. Traction becomes a bit of a problem though, but if you can hook up you should easily see .3-.4 tenth improvement in both you 0-60mph and quarter times.
