$180 on the coupe. 35% tint all arround, for I've been in trouble in the stang for having 20%. Here in KS it is illegal to have anything lower that 35%, but check on your state's regulations.
I'm running 3% sides and rear, and 50% all the way down the windshield with a 3% strip at the top. Paid $200. Then paid a $123 ticket.
I really like it dark, I do all my cars the same way, have for years. That ticket a month or so back was the first citation I've ever received for tint, but I get repair orders like it's going out of style.
We use the 3M tint so it's nice and black without the metallic reflecton, and it lasts forever. You want the best, you gotta pay a bit more.
I did 5% on the side windows and Limo on the back and it cost me only a tip. I tipped him well and that was that. I was suppose to pay about $200 for it though. Friends helping friends. Thats what its all about.

Do you have a glass top and if so does the 35% tint match the top?
I was quoted $225 for Madico Onyx 20% rear and 55%(? lightest) on the sides. Seemed high, then again SF Bay area + Corvette tax... Also not sure I want the "metallized" tint as that gives a weird effect imho... car is Quicksilver Z06.

I am only 60 miles from you...
I used "ProTint" they will automatically give you a 10% discount for referral- don't know if its worth it for you to drive 60 miles??? Gas prices being what they are I suppose it would keep you in the bay. The only other thing I could say is that the woman that did my Vette took pride in her work and there most definitely is something to be said for that-
I bought my car used with light tint already on it. The rear window is kind of fuzzy looking but there are no bubbles. I only notice it when viewing through the rear mirror...makes it hard to pick out specific characteristics of cars behind me (like light bars, Crown Victoria headlights, two-tone paint... ).
Does anyone else have this 'fuzzy' look to their rear window when seated inside the car and looking out of it?
