FrostKing has a light adhesive on it already. I just used the tape to seal the pieces together.
I actually went out and got 2 bags of this stuff today and started on it, its easy but to cut all the peices to match up is a biatch, I need to go get 1 more bag in the morning making it about 2.5 bags to do JUST the rear section, it will prob take another 2.5 bags to do the whole front section and this stuff is $15 a bag
I just finished doing from behind the seats to the back. I was trying to get rid of the tire noise from my 315/30/18 ps2's. I used 5 rolls and was impressed at the difference. Here is the link to Mike Mercury. http://mikemercury.home.att.net/sound.htm

That's what I didn't want to encounter and why I got the Crazy Cowboy kit. I thought I might end up spending even more with wastage. I put it down with 3M 90 spray adhesive and used foil tape on the seams. It worked very well.
Doesn't this seem to be just like engine mods? A little is never enough .

Same here, I didn't want to have to look for the right stuff and not have enough, so I also bought the Exotic Vette kit. I'm also using the 3M 90 adhesive and aluminum tape. I haven't had a chance to finish it but it's coming out real nice. Too bad no one will see what anice job I'm doing when it's done. My wife says the interior looks futuristic. Can't wait to finish so I can get to putting on my new headers.
If you want some cheap, easy, effective soundproofing - just stuff your three wells in the back with 4 inch thick house fiberglass insulation (sealed in plastic garbage bags).
The only downside to using fiberglass insulation is that it ended up getting wet (trash bags aren't very tough), collected dirt, gravel, etc. I frankly wasn't very impressed with what just the fiberglass insulation contributed to sound reduction. Maybe a 1-2 db reduction, not much more than that.
And, if/when it gets wet, it'll maintain that moisture, which is not a good thing.
