Default Awesome Customer Service from Halltech!

I just wanted to pass along some awesome customer service I received from Halltech Systems. I had an issue with a unit I purchased from a member on another forum. (I was hoping to modify the unit to fit my year vehicle) I asked them if they would help me correct that issue for a fee and they immediately helped me out! No nonsense, just honest to goodness taking care of the customer--even one that was once removed. I thank Jim for his help and vow that if I need anything that he makes or sells, I'll definitely be looking him up first.

Jim Hall is a great guy and his products are well-made. Few people know that he is a genuine "comeback kid", whereas a serious illness almost did him in. Luckily for Corvette folks, he is back in action and still the extreme enthusiest we've come to know over the years.

I didn't know about the comeback. I'm grateful he's still around! We need more like him in the world!
