IPC repair

OK
I am having issues with battery drain on my 02 cv. After doing the "amp meter pull fuses test" it looks as if there may be an issue with the instrument panel cluster. I understand these can be sent off for repair. Anyone know anything about this? Any help would be appreciated.

How about some more info? What fuses did you pull, and what was the subsequent current drop?

After car is completely asleep the current draw never drops below 45 ma's. The fuse that dropped the ma's to around 3 was #25 mini fuse in the footwell box. The cover shows that fuse covers BCM 1 and IPC.
