Climate Control Repair
Thanks to those who came before,this repair works as per listed info.
I did alter the method buy using a butter knife tip to check with light pressure the resistors and only resoldered the ones that flipped up.

I'd recommend re-soldering all of them regardless. Sometimes a cold solder joint or a high resistenance joint will seem firmly attached but isn't internally.
