Strongest driveshaft..step in!!
Please...only people with person experience reply (ie-broke shaft, purchased custom shaft, 1st hand knowledge...etc....)
I am VERY familiar with all the designs of drivehsafts being made...
What is the strongest drive shaft I can upgrade to in a street strip automatic twin turbo 427....1000rwhp /1000rwtq?
Remember I have components with 10mm bolts....
Not interested in replys concerning TT itself or the stock 55 vs 63 mm stock drivehsafts.
U-jointed units? Vibration for street use?
Carbon fiber...??
3 - 3.5 aluminum driveshaft?
Rubber vs aluminum couplers? Rear vs Rear and front? rear u-joint with front rubber coupler?
All info welcomed....except for the "do not reply" requests in the post

I am not a expert put I have swapped out a few driveshafts before. The strongest ones tha Ive seen available are made of carbon fiber and are extremely light weight. Aluminum ones are also light weight and dont vibrate like the steel ones do. Checkout www.wadonracing.com www.pstds.com www.brailleauto.com. They all make these driveshafts and will be able to help you better. Ive seen some for about $550 to $1200.

Do a search - lots of info already out on this subject. Carbon fibre not my 1st choice. I tried rubber, aluminum, poly. and ECS U-joint unit in my estimation best choice! Give me your e-mail address that will accept larger files I will e-mail you photos. My ECS has been in 3 seasons no problems 200+ runs!!
