What happened to StopFORCE brakes?
Hello,
I thought I would take the time to inform everyone about what happened to the StopFORCE business. In April of 2006 I was involved in a serious accident that left me in a coma (Google if your bored). . Upon coming out of it I had enough stuff on my plate and I asked a Corvette parts distributor if they still had interest in buying my company and the 3 patents that went along with current and future products. (They asked numerous times earlier in the year) Sure enough they did, they also shared enthusiasm about the product line I thought was genuine. I sold the company in November of 2006. Only to find out since they sold a competing product which they believed to be superior, probably just superior markup; they bought the business to consume it. The website sits stagnant and I don’t believe it will ever be what it was. On one side I could say, “Hey I got my money” but it seems a shame to let a good product die. Now, I WOULD LOVE to tell you the name of the company that bought it. But sadly I am under a lengthy NDA that bars me from doing so. Just thought I would let everyone know what was going on.

Thanks for the comments. I should clarify on my recent reply. Things are up in the air as far as the business is concerned, not my recovery. My recovery itself was done for about a year now. In fact I had gone back to work 5 months after the accident. I will keep everyone up to date on the StopFORCE business as soon as it is prudent.
