sounds like a waste of time to me. I would just wait untill you want to get a set of long tubes and then do the work. JMO

If your car has PUP CATS changing to Z manifolds will net you a few HP and some TQ just by eliminating that restriction but it wont be nothing to wright home about.

Remember,, the ZO6 "EXTRA" HP & TQ come from the whole performance package which are the better HEADS, bigger CAM, better INTAKE MANIFOLD, no PUP CAT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, Bigger MAF, Bigger Injectors, higher compression, and different PCM tune.

So,,,,,just adding the exhaust manifolds wont net you much improvement. If I had to guess how much improvement, it might be 6-8 Hp, 10 at the most,, which would be a seat of the pants improvement.

I agree with NightmareZ06. Get some Long Tube SS headers, install a ZO6 intake manifold and get her tuned! You wont be sorry,

Bill pretty much hit it right on. I would think you might get 2 to 5 at the rear wheels, Maybe.

Not sure what year your C5 is but if it has cast iron manifolds (01+ I think) then they are the same as the LS6. If you have the stainless steel version then you will also have to change the "H" pipe to go cast. Been there/done that.
