p0756 code on rebuilt tranny

p0756 code on rebuilt tranny
I have a newly rebuilt tranny and it won't shift from 2nd to 3rd. any advice? it keeps pulling up a code p0756. is this inside the tranny or an external issue? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Adam
