2001 Rag Top

I have an 01 convertable that I need to section the right frame rail from mid-way into the rocker to the front bumper reinforcement. Does anyone know where I can get the GM written procedures? I know that the procedures come with the frame section purchased from GM but I have a used replacement to section. Help!
