It has been done many times in the past. A Z06 with good long tube headers, Vararam, & tune will put down about 386 rwhp. Which is about 445 at the flywheel. Also the other parts you listed are doing little to nothing to increase performance. Use that money for a cam.
I recommend that you find one of the forum vendor/shops in your area and go talk to them. You will save yourself a lot of money and be much happier in the end.

And the price was quite high as well $34.500 with 18K, rear wing spoiler and mod hood, 2002 Z06.
Price must down, or there might be a better choice out there !
