Default Cat's a rattlin?

One of the catalytic converters on my 97 is rattling and I'm looking for replacement solutions. Will the H-pipe off of a 03 Z06 be a direct replacement or would I need the exhaust manifolds from the Z06 also? Are the O2 sensors in the same place? I know that there is a difference between the 97-00 and the 01-04, just not sure to what extent they change. TIA

Can you replace a single cat or does it come as a complete assembly with the "H" pipe?

Check w/ Gene at www.gmpartshouse.com

I'm pretty sure you can buy them individually. A local exhaust shop can weld them on for you.
