The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
That's what they do 99% of the time. Yes they do fly freight to reduce the amount of parachute fuel they have on board, but compared to packages it's relatively small.
We (UPS) will lease tons of aircraft for the extra lift we will need between T-day and mid December.
I wish I had my digi cam a few years ago when I took a client to visit our Louisville air hub during December. I remember standing on the cargo door bay of a 747 and looking out at the tarmack and seeing 15 other 747's lined up next to us. (only place you will every see 16 747 parked next to each other)
Anyway I bought some LT's, wires, and a X pipe from Shawn, he is good!
Free shipping is hard to argue with. BTW: FedEx did not deliver my stuff on time, absolutely positively was late. But no big deal! I didn't need it next day anyway. Everything is here by this week-end. But as a UPS'r I had to mention it.
Shawn is very customer focused, good vendor experience.

You know, I hope he's well-paid and bonused there because the guy has single-handedly raised LAPD to the "Vendor Stratosphere" with respect to this forum.
There are some really great vendors on this forum - I've dealt with many of them. LAPD, A.K.A. Shawn as far as this forum is concerned, is tops. I use them whenever possible.
Imagine if this were the case with all the companies we have to deal with in our daily lives . . . :blueangel:
Bottom line is we support their continued participation and service on this forum with our wallets - keep it up, guys! :flag
