On a non z06 car better to go with a z06 rear spring r aftermarket one and what weight if aftermarket. if you were try to loss the rear hopp and get better tire to the ground. Also if going with the koni FSD,s shocks.THANKS FOR ALL HELP..
Well, I took my F45 out of the PC and installed Bilstein Sport shocks combined with Hotchkis sway bars and VBP front spring @ 745lbs and VBP rear spring @ 1050lbs. I autoX my car as well as take 3-4,000 mile long road trips each year - this is not my daily driver - and the ride comfort is far better than the OEM suspension was.
Wheel hop is typically related to your tires so I would start there. I am running Nitto Invo on all 4 wheels and have no hop problems. I ditched the run flats.
All depends on how you use the car and what your needs are. I am swapping out the Hotchklis bars for a set of Pfadt street bars next weekend to get better cornering capability.

thanks for the info and help what do you think about 840 r so in rear.
The VBP springs are a lot better built than the OEM ones and their lb rates are actually higher. An 840 or 860 may be a good fit for drags but I would call them and discuss your application. They have knowledgable folks and offer a money back guarantee.

I would like to know how pleased you are with the nitto's. Do you have better traction (less wheelspin) with these tires? I am considering replacing my stock tires on my 2008 C6 for a pair with better traction & am wondering if it is worth the expense and the loss of peace of mind that the runflats give as related to potential flat tires.
Do you tote a tire repair kit and a jack or are you just hoping to not get any flats?
