Wheel Hop ?

Wheel Hop ?
I put my stock wheels and tires off of my 99 vert which has an sts system on it producing 483hp and 470tq at the wheels to run during the winter months.
It is winter here in Illinois but I have noticed I now have wheel hop.
My other set of wheels and tires are 20in iforged wheels in the rear with goodrich tires. I have never experienced wheel hop with these.
Is this normal due to wheel and tire size difference.

in good weather nitto has a 20in drag radial now get it....
