Revving idle at coast

Revving idle at coast
Hi all,
I'm beginning to have a problem with my engine revving up and down when I release the throttle and begin coasting, but do not apply the brake. When I apply the brake the idle smooths out and gradually decreases to the normal idle RPM at a stop. It bounces up and down as if I am tapping the throttle in quick increments, but I am not touching anything with my feet at the time. My only mods are the SMH PCV mod, NGK TR-55 plugs/MSD wires and a cold air conical filter and shroud cut. Any ideas????

This condition started after my conical filter install. I've had the filter in for several months now with no problems. What do ya think???
