I believe the only difference between the 97-00 and the 01-04 is the size of the MAF sensor (the 01-04 have a bigger 85mm MAF). So the rubber coupler that connects the main plastic body of the intake to the MAF sensor would be different as well as the rubber coupler that connects the MAF to the throttle. I bet those two parts could be purchased from Callaway, but it might be more cost effective to just get the right version.

I sent a pm to calloway and will see what they say. I appreciate the feedback. George

You might need a reducing silicone coupler(s) instead of a coupler(s) with a constant ID. You might also need to adapt your earlier MAF sensor wires/IAT to the HONKER (?).

I actually just called Calloway on this exact same question last week. The above posts are pretty much correct. The necessary parts to make a 2001-2004 Honker intake fit a 1997-2000 vette cost about $46 from Calloway (its basically 3 pieces that are slightly different between the two versions). Just call Calloway and tell them you need the necessary parts to make a 01-04 intake fit on your 97-00 vette and they'll take care of you.

I dont have the part numbers in front of me (it's Sun morning), but ayeroff is right. The difference is the rubber coupler that connects the throttle body to the MAF sensor, the rubber coupler that connects the MAF sensor to the main Honker duct, and the smaller hose clamps.
