Thread is open again as it's not fair to the thread starter. For those who want to hijack, go off topic or get hostile I wouldn't really suggest doing such.
Mine was lowered on stock bolts all the way down, kept front bushings. no alignment done. after 3 yrs tires still wear evenly. lowering the car on stock bolts does not change any settings. it lowers the chassis closer to the ground.
I did the exact same thing.
When I went to put my new tires on we were going to throw it on the alignment rack when we were finished.
Couldnt do it.
Too low.
I had to go to another facility to get aligned. I waited for a long time after lowering.

I lowered on stock bolts after installing some Bilstein sports. I asked that it was aligned to GM Z06 specs as well (also on non-runflats). They gave me a before/after sheet and said that it wasn't "way out of spec" but would have decreased tire life over time. My car is not a daily driver, but I do put several thousand miles on it a year.
I did notice a better turn in and less "float" in an 85mph sweeper turn that I frequent after the alignment.

When we put it up, everything was up to spec.
