It's leaking right above the injector. Everything seems snug...
A few questions:
1) O-ring? Or other cause?
2) Tips on fixing? Special tool required?
3) Other than it being less than ideal to have fuel dumping onto the engine, can I drive it 10 miles to get to the base hobby shop (where it's warmer and well-lit)?
4) Anything else in the area I should replace while I'm at it?

With out being able to see under the actual tube, my best guess by the looks of it, seems to be on the weld of the tube coming down off the fuel rail itself.
It might be best to "NOT" have it welded and just replace the rail itself! They are cheap and someone should have one laying around that could send it to you.
Post in the For Sale Section and ask if someone has one to sell!
Thanks Matt. I guess I could have taken a better pic of it. I presume the 'weld' you're talking about is where the vertical and horizontal section meet? It's actually not leaking there -- it's leaking where the thing clips onto the injector. But the clip seems tight as do the fuel rail bolts.

Okay! then what you want to do is got to the Auto store and get a set of O-Rings for FUEL INJECTORS! they should be in the HELP section - they come in a small variety pack.
First releive the pressure from the rail at the front on the shrader valve into a rag!
Undo the bolts holding down the fuel rail and then gently pry up the fuel rail go straight to the one leaking and undo the clips and pull the injector and install the new ring on it.
Put a small amount of oil on the ring in order for it to slip in easier and then reinstall the rail.
Now that will take care on the one but at this point you can do them all by picking up the O-Ring kit! They are real easy to do and are not time sonsuming!
Sweet! Thanks! I actually picked up a pack of o-rings from NAPA when I first smelled the leak, thinking it was probably the fuel filter (which needed replacing anyway) - but I only have 4 o-rings in 2 sizes. Do you think I'd be fine to just replace the one, at least to be able to drive it to work tomorrow, where I can throw it up on a lift tomorrow during lunch and do the fuel filter also?
If I were going to pull the fuel rail for a leaking o-ring, I would get enough to replace them all. The other o-rings may start leaking once you pull the rail.

Ahhh... famous last words...
I'm going to go ahead and guess that this isn't very good:
Different one than the one that was leaking - I decided to pull them all and replace all the o-rings. Most of the o-rings weren't in great shape, btw - cracked and gnarly looking. Car only has 70K miles.
So I reckon I need to buy a whole new injector?
Now the million-dollar (and also maybe stupid) question: Do I need to pull the intake to try to find the little chip of plastic?

Ouch, hate to see that.
I would be lookin pretty hard for that piece of plastic, if your confident it did not fall off outside of the motor, then i dont think id start the car till i found it.
Looked today in daylight. Definitely not outside the motor... Looks like I'll be pulling the intake at least. Ordered the needed parts from RockAuto. I can't believe the o-rings are SO EXPENSIVE! Dealer wanted $80 for the pack of 16. RA was $50 and even that seems high!
