Ok this thread is a little tongue in cheek but I also want a serious answer....

Let's say I have a forged 408 spinning to 7200 RPMs with heads flowing around 320 cfm and all other appropriate mods (headers, etc). Cam is a 240/248 on a 114 with 625 lift. Not to mention 250 shot of nitrous.

Here is the question:

How much power will I gain going from an unported LS6 intake to a fully ported FAST 90/90?

How blue is the sky ?? Seriously--with a 408 or any larger than stock cubed engine a 90/90 set-up is called for--A stock 347 won't see much of a gain with a 90/90 --but the potential with a 408 is great--Tony Mamo claims major HP improvements with his work--as does his customers--Be prepared to shell out some coin--He's not cheap-But going from a stock LS6 intake to a fully ported 90/90 ( absolutely calls for a tune as well) can net you up to 40 HP --Just from what I've read

Kind of what I was figuring.

How about this one:

If every 10 degrees in duration moves the power up 500 RPMs, how many RPMs down does the power move per increase in displacement?

For instance, how much more duration do I need in my cam going from a 6200 RPM 346 to a 7200 RPM 408? 40 degrees?

I realize there are other variables but let's just say all else equal for this. Maybe go from the stock 117 LSA to a 114 or 115 in the 408.
