The vacuum tube in the picture was previously routed from the
VALVE cover to the THROTTLE BODY. I would plug it off, but its
metered air. What did you guys do w/this tube?
While on the subject, what is the vacuum line in the back of the intake on passengers side?
I put a rubber cap on it.
The small vacuum connector is for the HVAC vent control. There should be a small black boot on a very small black plastic line that connects to this port.

I appreciate the helpful posts. Also, how does the stock LS2 vent the valve cover? Lucky me, its raining for almost 10 days. I've got plenty of time to work w/this.

If your talking PCV clean air side, it connects to the throttle body-to-MAF transition hose. The factory 'accordion' hose has a port that connects to a plastic hose. The plastic hose in-turn connects to the valve cover. The way Vettenuts shows is the way it's done on the LS2/LS7.
thanks. i just noticed. is that vettenuts maf right after the pcv connector in the accordion tube?
The Callaway Honker moves the MAF meter close to the throttle body like the LS2. Vettenuts MAF meter is right above the upper radiator hose in the picture.
looks like I'll drill a hole in the halltech plastic bridge and use a tight rubber grommet setup. If anyone has a pic of that little vacuum line I overlooked behind the intake, please post a pic.
some guys just put a breather on it.....i plugged mine in after the maf like in the ls7 pics ....but i wonder is that letting in any unmetered air???no bad results anyways...

Here is what it looks like. I plugged in some 90 degree fittings and more hose to get a comfortable fit on the rear vacuum port on the intake.

On the LS2 and LS7, the clean air PCV line is between the throttle body and MAF meter. This location is NOT unmetered air since it's after the MAF meter.
Now putting a breather on that line IS allowing unmetered air into the engine.
