Yes and no. First, you will need couplers and/or a power duct of some sort( I think couplers are the only thing needed).
Second, the connector is different on the LS6 maf. You will need an adapter.
Third, the electronics are slightly different so the LS6 maf will need to be calibrated for your year model. We have all of these items in stock (as a kit)and I will be testing the upgrade Monday on my 99.
