Instrument cluster issue

I have an electrical issue. My button lights on the left and right hand side of my instrument cluster remain (the HUD mode buttons on the right hand side and the button panels where reset and option button are on the left hand side) on all the time even without the ignition key. They are getting the juice from somewhere. They are draining my battery down. Any ideas on where I could start troubleshooting this issue.

check

your dimmer switch. It may have been turned full on. Courticy lights will time out but dash lights will not, and drain battery. Been there myself

seems like pulling the cluster and looking at the plugs for each side module would be a place to start?
