Look carefully to see exactly where the leak is coming from. Could be the hose is going bad, could be that the reservoir has a crack. The system, at normal operating temperatures, does not continue to build pressure. Once the system is at a certain pressure at a certain temperature, then it stays at that pressure unless the temperature rises. Are your temperatures normal (assuming the coolant level is adequate) ?? If the temps are normal, it ain't a "pressure" issue, it is a straightforward leak. Find and fix .....

You most likely need a new reservoir tank. Common problem for the plastic to crack at the hose connector. Don’t try to fix with epoxy as that is a temporary fix at best. (Your call)

Gene Gulley (forum sponsor) has good prices on these. (50 bucks or so I believe – I haven’t priced one lately)

Install new rubber hoses when replacing the tank. The old hoses may be too stiff due to age.

I've heard of several cracking on top of the tank at the small line, including mine too. They are only $50 therefore if it is cracked, replace it.

There are two reservoirs

1997-1999 part number 10405218
2000-2004 part number 10430189

The later tank DOES NOT have the reservoir level sensor in it.
