flooding problem
The engine is flooding very bad. At idle it will poor raw fuel out the exhaust. I'm thinking that it could be an O2 problem but I have no check engine light so I can pull the codes. Any help would be great.
To the moderators, if theres a problem with me posting this here please remove it and I understand.

Very hard to tell, but you can't run a diagnostic? No OBD plug?
Almost sounds like the ECM is in default, depending on the year, the ECM will correct minor problems to a certain point, then go into default and start dumping fuel and air at a high rate. Without ability to get it plugged in, I will throw a WAG at it and say if nothing is mechanically obvious, one of your sensors could be in complete failier. Again WAG, need details, and you need to get it plugged in.

You should look into a scanner that can coonnect too, and report, OBD engine codes (they look like Code 22 or 34) and maybe that will help you.
You might try searching using google or altavista, especially once you get the OBD codes ... you'll find posts like this (scroll down to post #5 for a Fuel Injector Coil Test for your engine ....
