Do you have to remove the tire to access the the panel and get it off. any one have pictures or this asking for too much. Thanks in advance you guys are great.

You can proably get it off without removing the tire but it will be much easier if you remove the tire.
It is very easy. There are 6 or so screws in the wheel well and 2 or 3 under the car that you can easily see.

^^ except I would definitely take the tire off. There is not a lot of room to work there. My brother and I took the rear ones out yesterday when we were droppong the driveline.

Easier with tire removed!
It will depend as to why you need to remove it, so if you need room then take it off but if it's for cleaning the area out with a shop vac you should be good!
It is easier to do a thurough inspection with the tire removed
