lights flicker at idle
I noticed the other day while driving home that when the car is not moveing the light flicker every 10 to 15 seconds any one know what this can be the battery is charging ok. Any advice

what does your voltmeter say? does the reading change as the lights flicker? anything else happening that you can notice? the cooling fans for example will draw alot of inrush current while they start up. if you are idling at temperature they will occasionally come on to cool the car then turn back off. maybe they are the cause of your flicker? if they are your battery or alternator may be weak and showing the first signs of an eventual death, the fans or other systems coming on and off should not make your lights flicker if everything is working correctly.
may want to check and make sure your battery and alternator grounds are good, they are notoriously troublesome on C5s.
