GUYS DO THE 295/45ZR18 SIZE FIT ON THE STOCK Y2K CORVETTE RIMS ON 200 CORVETTE?

I WANTED TO PUT THESE TIRES ON THE BACK

I have 295/40 18s in the rear with plenty of room to spare.

thats weird i couldn't find 295's in the "40" profile only in 45. Are those goodyears..

This is my 99 H/T ....

I run 255 / 50 / 17 on the front, and 295 / 45 / 18 on the rear.






I had to raise the car as high as the adjustments would allow... been like this for over 3 years now.
No problems.

A 295/45/18 is 28.4" tall! This will be the same as swapping 3.20 rear axle gears in place of 3.42.

no its the opposite a bigger tire is harder for the car to lauch its like going from a 3.42 (low gear ratio) to a 3.22(higer gear ratio) Dosen't that make better sense
