Default ls1 to ls6 injector question

If one were to swap the ls1 intake to the ls6 intake, would you use the ls1 injectors on the ls6 intake or do you need ls6 injectors for the ls6 intake? Or are they all the same.

I think they vary per year, with 2004 models having the worst ones.
