There was a large, complete comparison of 4 different manifolds about a year ago. The LS6 slightly outperformed the LS2 on a 346 ci engine. With the LS2 manifold you need to also purchase a new throttle body, so your deal may not look so good anymore.

Hmmmm, might pass...if I am going to have to do all that, might as well go the fast90 route.
FAST 90 if you want an upgrade....ported FAST 90 for even more power but that mod is best optimized when you have already taken the plunge on a high flowing set of cylinder heads (to take the most advantage of the money spent). If you havent done that yet stick with the LS6 for now....

Listen to Tony. The results that I saw on the same LS1 engine had the LS2 being outflowed by the LS6 signifigantly, and even being slightly outflowed by the LS1.
