scammed on some ls6 heads so what next
I bought some heads off e bay and found out they had the heavy valves in them so they are ls2 heads now after reading for more then 10 hrs on this forum there is no difference in them but the light and longer valves.So i dont need to use a different push rods length.7.400 is fine. Now the question is what head gasket do u use and can one use the head bolts for the 01 c5.Now is there going to be any hp loss or gain in my choice. now for the cam selection what to use i road race and have no need to make 500 hp just end to pull like a mad man out of the corners and just beat the living crap out of the new mustangs and a 99 cobra.I have valve springs that r good to 6.00 lift and 7.400 hard push rods. the cam is the next issue.G5x3, vengeance vindicator is another trickflow another.chime in all the head bolts and head gasket are the big questions for now.the block is a 01 the heads are some ls2 dont know the year.
