NO cats?
I just bought a 97" C5 6 speed, and the car came with headers and a h pipe to go on it, although the H pipe has no Cats in it, If no cats are installed will, it make the computer do funny things to how the car runs? There are holes for the O2 sensors. I also do not need to have them on as I do not need to E-Test. I just want to make sure it will run right with out cats

You say there are holes for the 02 sensors, i assume you mean the rear 02's? And are there really holes, or are they plugged?

Without cats, your rear O2 sensors will throw 'check engine' codes to your computer. Your car will also stink like gasoline, more than likely. There will be little to no power advantage of running the catless pipe.
If you are caught driving on a public road without any cats, it is a federal crime that will cost big bucks.
