Headlights Up

Turn the headlights on, once they are up, disconnect the wire harness (2 of them).
Do you want this to be permanent (ie - always have the headlights up, but still retain full functionality?) If so, do the above step and then snip the ground wire that goes to the motor. You can then crimp on some adpaters so that you can easily reconnect when needed. Reconnect your wire harness (2 of them)
Dunno if there is any other way to do what you want.
