The unlock button recently stopped working on my remote. The lock and horn blow buttons still work however. I just replaced the 4 year old battery thinking this would solve the problem. Problem is still the same after the battery swap. Is this a programming issue or is it time to replace the remote?
Replace it, the button is probably worn out. I have a silverado I drive for work and one of the remotes is the same way, while the other one works just fine.
