Igintion control code: stuttering, backfiring, etc

On my way home two nights ago I was going down the highway cruising and my car started hesitating and stuttering. I've been trying to figure out the problem but now its gettign worse. Seems to run fine when its cold.

I pulled the spark plugs and they are good. Wires aren't too great but I think they are connecting ok.

I have codes:
P0351 Ignition Control #1 Circuit
P0352 Ignition Control #2 Circuit
P0353 Ignition Control #3 Circuit
P0354 Ignition Control #4 Circuit
P0355 Ignition Control #5 Circuit
P0356 Ignition Control #6 Circuit
P0357 Ignition Control #7 Circuit
P0358 Ignition Control #8 Circuit

and now: P0336 CKP Sensor Circuit Performance came up

Please help!!

Update:

I found that the CKP wiring is burnt up like it shorted out. Is there and easy way to get into the sensor? Also, can I buy a new wiring piece or do I need to fix this wiring?
