Default Header question

I recently installed LG Streets with no cats on my 01 Z. I notice now on the rear fascia soot dots, not alot but enough. Is this normal? I also notice that the chrome tips get black faster too.

Sounds like you could be a bit rich, but more that likely its because you have no cats to burn off any extra fuel passing thru. Thats why you can tell a non-catted car by the exhaust smell, unburned hydrocarbons.

I would recommend getting the cats from LG because they will bolt in, even though my LG's leaked so bad that the cats had to be welded in...

Yup , these are the clamps I use for my installs as well as a high heat copper anti-seize .No leaks and they stay where you put them
