SEARCH isw your friend on the forums .... there are dozens of posts about SERVICE ACTIVE HANDLING issues .....
But, to get you started, you need to display the DTC that were set when the message came up. If you don't know how to display DTCs ..... go here ....

Write down the codes and then post them in this thread. It is probably easiest to write them down in MANUAL mode. Post the ENTIRE DTC .... they look like ...
C 1234 H
The leading charachter tells us if it is a Powertrain (P) Chassis (C) ... whatever, code ..... the 4 digits are the number (and yes there can be a P1234 or a C1234 so that's why the leading letter is important). The last character will be either an H or a C (sometimes both) indicating whether the problem occured in the past (History) or is happening now (Current). If your engine is off most codes will be in an H status.
