C5 Z06 brake pads shape
Hello C5 Z06 owners,
I just bought my first set of GM OE C5Z06 front pads (for my C6). I'm very surprised to see that the 2 inboard pads (with wear indicator) have different surface area: one is all flat and the other is tapered on the ends. The outboard pads are both all flat.

Is this normal??? Did GM make a mistake in packaging these pads??

Never seen the Z06 pads tapered like that .... I'd take them back to where you got them from and demand a new set .... that's not right .... all 4 pads should be identical other than 2 have the wear tabs and 2 don't.
